Tania practices Corporate law, litigation, contract law, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant law. Tania is also the President and Founder of LawTutors, LLC, a company that provides academic and career assistance to law students and bar students. Tania earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University Law School in May of 2000, where she was Executive Editor of the Journal of Science & Technology Law and a Finalist in the Honors Albers Moot Court Final competition. She was a Semifinalist in the National Moot Court Competition and Albers Moot Court Director and Judge. She was also President of the South Asian American Law Student Association. Ms. Shah is a High Honors graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. She was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric, High Honors. She was the 1997 commencement Speaker at U.C. Berkeley College of Environmental Economics, and a 4-year Dean’s List and Scholarship recipient.

Jill practices bankruptcy, general employment law and employer health care law. Jill received her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1999 where she was a Book Award recipient, a Student Representative, and Editor of the Women’s Law Journal. Jill received her B.A. in History with a Minor in Philosophy and English Cum Laude from Gannon University in Erie, PA, where she was a member of two Elite 8 NCAA Tournament Volleyball Teams. Subsequent to graduating from law school, Jill worked at a firm in Maryland managing the consumer bankruptcy department and practicing in white collar crime and general business litigation. Jill then joined a firm in Rhode Island practicing bankruptcy law. Jill currently works as a Partner for Shah Phillips and for a company in Rhode Island as in-house counsel practicing employment and health care law. Jill is currently a member of the Government Affairs Committee in Rhode Island and enjoys hiking, biking and writing in her spare time.

Samantha is currently the Office Manager of Shah Phillips, Samantha has been involved with LawTutors, LLC, an affiliate of Shah Phillips, since 2004 and currently manages the day-to-day operations of both LawTutors and Shah Phillips. Samantha is also the Manager of a local Massachusetts band, Beg for Change. Samantha is currently a Freshman at Simmons College taking classes is Marketing and Psychology.
